Vikas (Vik) Wadhwa, is the founder of Modern Chicago Homes, which he created to serve the real estate needs of SELLERS and BUYERS of MODERN and CONTEMPORARY residences in Chicago. Prior to entering the field of real estate, his experience includes working as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, & Co. and Lehman Brothers. His past experience in advising companies on multi-million dollar mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions allows him to be a skilled negotiator and a resourceful dealmaker. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics. Vik currently resides in the Lakeview neighborhood in the the Mies van der Rohe designed Commonwealth Plaza residences.
